Payment is required in full for all appointments at the time of booking. Late arrival to an appointment may result in you not being seen in your appointment slot and the appointment fee will be forfeited. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made no less than 24 hours before the appointment or the appointment fee will be forfeited. This can be done online or by phone. In the event that no one is available to answer the phone a voicemail will suffice if left ahead of the 24hr cut off point. * A new patient is an individual who has never had an appointment at this clinic or has not attended a chiropractic appointment at the clinic within the past 36 months |
